Challenges
The customer supplies the content via their existing coursework,
material, exercise plan or curriculum. Incident Tactics mines
these sources for challenge content.
The challenges are accessible via the Internet and the results
are displayed and can then be forwarded to a secure site,
merged into a human resources module (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft,
etc.) or any combination of the above. Companion challenges
are used exclusively by the customer.
Exclusive Threaded Challenge
The customer collaborates with Incident Tactics to develop
a real-world scenario which is specific to the customer. The
challenge uses data (GIS, demographics, etc.) to accurately
represent the site of the incident. The challenge is accessible
via the Internet and the results are displayed and can then
be forwarded to a secure site, merged into a human resources
module (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.) or any combination
of the above. Exclusive Threaded challenges are used exclusively
by the customer.
Sponsored Threaded Challenge
The customer collaborates with Incident Tactics to develop
a real-world scenario which is specific to the customer. The
challenge uses data (GIS, demographics, etc.) to accurately
represent the site of the incident. The challenge is accessible
via the Internet and the results are displayed and can then
be forwarded to a secure site, merged into a human resources
module (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.) or any combination
of the above. Challenges are labeled with the sponsoring organization's
logo/information and are made available to the customer and
the Incident Tactics Library.
Threaded Challenge
This series in developed solely by Incident Tactics. The
challenge uses data (GIS, demographics, etc.) to accurately
represent the site of the incident. The challenge is accessible
via the Internet and the results are displayed and then forwarded
to a secure site for comparison across regions. Threaded challenges
are available to all users via the Incident Tactics website.
The first release in the Threaded Series, to be launched
fall 2004, simulates the possible dispersal of a chemical
or biological agent on a cruise ship.
Multi-user
Option
Incident Tactics offers a multi-user option for any of its
products. With the multi-user interface installed, customers
can connect with another agency anywhere in the world to conduct
a cross-county multi-jurisdictional, multi-agency exercises
without incurring the costs associated with in-residence
drilling.

standards and guidelines set by leading Government and Industry
