Incident Tactics is a dynamic technology company run by firefighters.  We are looking for progressive and highly-motivated firefighters (career or volunteer) with outstanding people skills to help us bring our products to market.  Previous experience is not required, but strong familiarity with the Internet and knowledge of ICS and NIMS are essential.  These are part-time positions that are designed to work with your shift schedule, and are an excellent career opportunity in and beyond the fire service.  We offer a competitive hourly wage plus aggressive commissions for outstanding income potential.

• A strong communicator who can clearly explain what we do to customers
• A good writer who can correspond with customers in a business-like manner
• A savvy web-surfer with some ability to troubleshoot browsers, help others with navigation, and do light research
• Knowledge of ICS and NIMS
• Willing to work hard in a results-oriented environment
• Enthusiastic and driven, but able to handle rejection gracefully
• A team player
